E-store Fulfillment, Shipping and Return Policy
Payment must be received prior to order fulfillment. We may need to verify information prior to fulfillment and may choose to cancel or limit an order after it has been placed. This may occur in certain circumstances, including but not limited to incorrectly listed price or insufficient inventory. If payment already has been made and your order is cancelled or limited, we will refund any payment you made for the unfulfilled order items.
Unless otherwise noted, we will use our best efforts to ship products within 1 business day of receipt. Product availability may be limited and/or not available for immediate delivery. You will be notified prior to shipment if this occurs to discuss if you wish to proceed with the remaining order. Once product is shipped, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your receipt confirming your order details. You are responsible for correct order entry and once your order has been prepared for shipment, we cannot make changes or alterations. Upon shipping, you will receive a notification with carrier and tracking information.
Return of product(s) may be made in office only within 30 days of receipt. Your original purchase price will be refunded using your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
